After some careful consideration and lots of thought we will be making some changes going into the new year. We will be changing hours, have a seminar with a guest speaker in February, offering a special to new members in January and hosting an individual competition and a team competition.
Let me address the first thing hours, the reason we are changing hours is to make sure that we can have the right amount of coaches per athletes. We want to make sure that our dedication to make sure movements and correct over the amount of weight an athlete can lift is first and foremost. So our new hours will be 5, 6, 7 ,8 1200 330 open gym, 430, 530, 630 and 730 Monday though Friday. Saturday will remain the same with class at 9 and open gym till 1200. Sunday will will be open form 7 am to 11 am for open gym. Open gym times will have a warmup and WOD posted if you want to do that or do your own thing.
The guest speaker in February Lisa Borden, she is the owner/founder of AMPD Athletic Movement and Performance Dynamics LLC. Currently we are working out the details but it will be a one day .
